The Mission
Food waste reduction has become increasingly popular in the past years. Moreover, prizes have increased, disadvantaging people with a smal budget. The FWRC mission is to bring together an industry which views many still good foods as below par with a demographic who is struggling to access basic food needs
The challenge
Many restaurants produce and waste access amounts of food which are thrown away and the end of the day or the week. At the same time, the amount of people visiting food banks is increasing.
The solution
To create a platform which supports both restaurants and people struggling to buy food in order to reduce food waste.
