The Mission

To build a community, knowlegde hub and educate people about mushroom related topics like identification and growing.

The challenge

When coming to Maastricht I saw that there were a lot of people interested in the world of mushrooms, but didn't know where to start their learning journey. All over Netherlands, there are small communities that are interconnected, but none in Maastricht. Maashrooms aims to provide this community and educate on an entry level about mushrooms.

The solution

We host workshops about mushrooms and educate people about all the different aspects of mushroom growing and self sufficiency. We build a community for people in the maastricht area to connect and share knowledge about mushrooms. We have a Whats app community (close to 100 participants) and Instagram page (with over 200 followers).
